Mike's Murder is the 1983 motion picture soundtrack album from the film of the same name featuring original music by Joe Jackson.  The movie was bad but the music was great.  My personal favorite is "Cosmopolitan" - pure Joe Jackson.

Someone uploaded the movie to youtube, split up in 11 parts. Otherwise, it's a purchase on warner archive website.
